Fall Family Portraits with Michelle and Sascha
This is Michelle and Sascha's family. They wanted a fall session with their three growing children, and so Lheidli T'enneh Memorial Park was the spot to meet up for our family photo session. Such a beautiful fall day in Prince George. With a rather chilly morning, we wondered if the sky would clear by our afternoon session, and sure enough, it did! Once our shoot was finished, it was the start of a fun weekend at the cabin for them!
Their casual, put-together outfits made for beautiful fall photographs. Denim goes with everything! I love it when a family looks coordinated but not matching. Their personalities shone through!
Michelle and Sascha picked ten of their favourite images when we had our big (online) reveal the following week. With a print release, they will be able to make as many prints as they would like so they can share them with family and friends, and to keep for their showing on their own devices. Thanks, Michelle, Sascha, and children, for making my job so much fun!
The kids were game to climb up into the old cottonwood tree. Oh, to be young again! They were so cooperative with each other, and we managed to shuffle them into position so that each sweet face shone through like the sunlight behind them. And with the sun going down in the distance behind the tree, it added a warm glow to the afternoon. No need to add any special effects for this shot!
Let's do this again sometime!
