What Information is being collected?
During your initial inquiry I usually collect your name, email address, telephone number, and type of photography required, ie: family portraiture, real estate photography, headshot, etc.
Who is collecting it?
Just me.
How is it being collected?
If you make an inquiry via my Talk to Me Page form, email or telephone you may wonder what happens to those details.
The form is part of my website designed by Photobiz. Contact information gathered by telephone or in person or on a paper order form is entered manually. This information helps me keep track of inquiries, send contracts and invoices and basically helps my business run smoothly.
I will respond to your inquiry via email with the relevant information that you requested. Your details will go on my database and I will follow up with you as needed.
You might wish to sign up to special offers via my newsletter, in which case your details are stored in my Photobiz contacts database. There is an easy unsubscribe on all newsletters and marketing emails sent out. I do not spam you and I limit the number of emails to at most 9 per year.
Why is it being collected and how will it be used?
Your data is collected simply so I can respond to your inquiry.
Who will it be shared with?
Your privacy is just as important to me as my own privacy is. I do not share your information with any third parties.
Payments
If you purchase a session fee or product through this website or via a payment link that I send you, your payment will be processed through a third-party service for payment processing (e.g. payment processors).
I do not store or collect your payment card details. That information is provided by you directly to our third-party payment processors whose use of your personal information is governed by their Privacy Policy. These payment processors adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
